Fit4MTB – Improve your skills, fitness and confidence through personalized on-the-bike training sessions that are tailored to your skill level – from beginner to strong intermediate. Training sessions will focus on:

Body Position
Cornering, Braking and Shifting Gears
Wheel lifts and log overs

Hill Climbing and Descending
Line choice
Race Preparation and Strategy
Interval Training to gain fitness

On the Bike Training

60 to 90 minute sessions can be individual or small groups (up to 3) can be accommodated.
